Our clients’ projects are in industries such as pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, renewables, and transport, and they all revolve around construction and installation. We are involved from design to completion of construction, installation, and commissioning.
UWEZO believes in close collaboration with our clients and deliver credible, high-quality solutions - we don't just provide schedules, 3D drawings (BIM), designs, etc. "Working together" is not just our motto – it is the path to successful project execution.
Although relatively newly established, our company is built on over 50 years of solid consulting experience in planning and engineering.
In 2022, three consulting firms merged and became UWEZO ApS.
The word “Uwezo” means "Competence" (Ability, Talent, Performance) and reflects who we are and what we stand for.

Uwezo's CEO and founder is Morten Gydesen Hansen. He is a Senior Planning Manager, with a background in elite ice hockey (a Golden Helmet player ) Just as in hockey, where teamwork is paramount, Morten uses his experience as an elite athlete to foster a collaborative environment where every member feels valued and motivated.
Daniel Højer is one of the founding partners of Uwezo ApS. Although he has a background
as a civil engineer, his true specialty and passion is planning, and developing planning software.
He is believes that one of the most important traits of a good planner is the ability to really
listen to the client. He also favours a concept he calls Uniform Project Execution (not to be confused with standardized project execution) to facilitate the sharing of data across all disciplines, and avoid
the loss of data across platforms
Leo Nygaard, also a founding partner, is a Mechanical Engineer and with 8 years of experience within the Wind, Oil and Gas industry, working with design, calculation and documentation of transport and lifting equipment. He has also worked on structural topside steel and on the design of mechanical tools for the Oil and Gas industry.
Frederik Wegener, Uwezo's newest partner, has a background in Architectural technology and construction management, and is devoted to pushing the boundaries of digitalization in the construction industry, with a goal of integrating BIM technologies from project design into the execution phase. His passion for creativity and experimentation drives him to continually seek ways to optimize and automate slow processes, making him a pivotal figure in transforming traditional industries.
